In response to a growing demand for MedSpa workers ever since the end of the recent pandemic, the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy has optimized its aesthetician training program and launched a fast-track option that allows new students to become fully certified in as little as 8 weeks.

Using the new Basic training program, students can learn at their own pace, from their own homes, for the majority of their classwork. While this flexible learning style allows students to learn at their own convenience, and to finish the course faster or slower according to their personal schedules, each student will still be required to spend at least one week receiving practical instruction at a Dermysk Academy.

With this Basic training, students will be certified to perform up to a dozen popular MedSpa techniques, either working from a local clinic or from their own homes. While this course does not include all the MedSpa techniques taught at the Dermysk Academy, graduates may return at any time to learn more complex techniques, using the Advanced class.

Alternatively, the Dermysk Academy also offers a Master-level training course, which although it has no prerequisites, is only available to certain highly dedicated students. This is because the Master-level training includes all of the modules from the Basic and Advanced courses, as well as exclusive training not found elsewhere.

In the Basic training, students will become experienced and certified with popular procedures including IPL hair removal, professional acne treatments, fractional ablation, and micro-blading. Students can build on this knowledge in the Advanced course with training in stem cell treatments, Body Sculpting, and laser gynecology.

Each course also provides instruction on the history and current status of the MedSpa industry, the legal requirements, and important hygiene and safety strategies useful when working with the public. Students can also learn individualized business strategies applicable at a clinic or home business, and how to deal with troublesome clients.
