So Remy Nation Photography in August will launch its Feel Good Open Photography service, taking to the beaches of Miami to offer free makeovers and photo sessions designed to reveal the amazing beauty and strength inside each person and to gift it to them to improve their feelings of self-worth and self-esteem.

Remy Nation, who is the Owner-Photographer at Remy Nation Photography, says: “We wanted to launch Feel Good Open Photography therapy in Miami Beach because we’re seeing an unprecedented number of suicides and depression among teens and adults. We want to make them feel good by giving a free makeover and a photo shoot to those who are affected by depression due to bullying or a traumatic event or anything else.

“We’re hoping to remind those who are suffering that you are not alone and that there’s beauty in you that the world would love to see.” She knows that in her own case, being in front of and behind cameras has helped her overcome a traumatic childhood in her native country Philippines and brought her to an understanding of the road to happiness, which in her case includes being a business owner, mom, wife and a celebrator of the creative force that is in all people.
